Anniversary swaps not working

Hi Talla for Gilgal 967, I attempted playing the anniversary events and swapped 4th and 5th year tokens in the anniversary exchange but I did not receive the rewards. This happened again with the anniversary tree swap. I swapped cherry pies without receiving rewards. Each time I made these swaps resources were taken from my inventory which means I can't try again even after you fix this. Please hurry and take a look at this. I cannot show you a screenshot of this because I didn't think I had to screenshot before I made the swaps.
