The current set of stupid caps

So we're in the part of the year where the developers removed the exchange caps for Clifford Tree items. But don't be surprised when April 2023 rolls around and the copy-paste caps come back. Plan ahead, and maybe let's agitate for the moderators to advocate for us with the developers to make sure the caps are removed year-roubwaaaaaahahahahahahahahaha...

Okay. Okay.

While I'm on the subject of stupid things that won't change, caps on the exchangeability of Anniversary Tokens are dumb. So are caps on the number of Anniversary chests that can be purchased.
