Platform exclusive Pack

Hi, I exchanged the Platform exclusive Pack( and others too), but when I entered the game I didn't got it in my mailbox neither in my inventory. And my points got discounted, the only difference is that I bought it from the new event page of the black Friday event.

Could anyone give me support about this?
