What is "BLING"?

I click on CHARACTER, then CLOTHING. There are then 3 boxes - COSTUME, WINGS and BLING. When I click on BLING, I get 3 boxes with "?" [?] [?] [?] in them. One is for Costumes and 1 is for WINGS. However, I cannot find any information on the 3rd box, and what goes in it. I have asked a couple of other players, but they, too, have no idea what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
