Recharged 2 hours ago but did not receive diamonds

I recharged 10 dollars 2 hours ago and have not yet received the diamonds. I did receive the precious and other in game stuff for recharging. I waited because I know sometimes it takes time during tycoon but 2 hours is quite a while. Please help.. Thanks
