the level 4 grace gem was for all so we can cover the players that didn't took it . as far the players that didn't took their rewards devs are checking the logs and they try to find a solution , they said there is a way to recover the data from tycoon rankings and check who got the rewards or not , so we will see in action what they will do , be patience cause it will take a while but i will give you my word that i will push as much as i can for a faster solution if possible , if they mess it again i will ask for your rewards manually so keep any screen shots you may have from your tycoon rankings , have a nice day
