since newest update cannot get in again!!!!

the past two updates afterwards I have an extremely hard time logging into desktop app. I cann get in from browser but that is slow as a snail. Not fun to play on browser/web. Need to fix the bug that is causing the desktop app to not load fully. gets 90% loaded then says fail.
